The following schedule has been designed to help students / yogis in maintaining a daily routine of practice. The practice sessions include Dhamma talks as well as standing, walking and sitting meditations. Students are encouraged to follow it closely during the entire duration of the retreat.
4:00 – 5:00 am Morning chanting
5:00 – 6:00 am Morning practice at the Practice Hall
6.00 – 7:00 am Breakfast and cleaning duty
7:00 – 8:00 am Free time
8:00 – 10:00 am Pindapat and lunch break
10:00 – Noon Free time
Noon – 3:00 pm Afternoon practice (Practice Hall)
3:00 – 4:30 pm Free time
4:30 – 5:00 pm Pana or tea break (all must be present)
5:00 – 8.30 pm Evening practice (Practice Hall)
8:30 pm Retire to own room — Lights off
